Scholastic announced today that a special gift edition of The Hunger Games will be released in time for this holiday season. "The Girl Who Was on Fire: Your Favorite Authors on Suzanne Collins' Hunger Games Trilogy"
This isn't an official Scholastic book or anything, but next spring this paperback is coming out. I'm guessing it's basically testimonials and thematic discussion of the entire series. The publication date is April 5, 2011.

According to Hunger Games Trilogy.com, the third book will be called "The Victors" and is set to be out September 2010.
